Get ready, PlayStation Plus members! Sony has just pulled back the curtain on the PlayStation Plus Monthly Games lineup for July 2025, delivering a trio of compelling titles alongside kicking off celebrations for a major milestone: 15 years of PlayStation Plus.
Available to all PlayStation Plus subscribers from July 1 until August 4, this month’s collection features a massive action RPG, a high-octane fighting game, and a unique, meditative climbing adventure.

Diablo IV | PS5, PS4
Blizzard’s acclaimed action RPG, Diablo IV, headlines the July lineup. Set in a beautifully dark open world, players will face endless hordes of evil, master powerful abilities, delve into nightmarish dungeons, and hunt for legendary loot. You can embark on the gripping campaign solo or team up with friends in two-player local co-op or online with up to four players. Diablo IV offers an expansive End Game featuring trading, challenging World Bosses, robust character customization, and various action-packed activities. Cross-play and cross-progression are fully supported across platforms. It’s also worth noting that an upcoming update for the game is set to introduce expanded endgame dungeons and add keyboard and mouse support on consoles. Players can explore classes like the Barbarian, Sorceress, Rogue, Necromancer, and Druid, with the Spiritborn class also available via the Vessel of Hatred DLC.
The King of Fighters XV | PS5, PS4
From SNK, the latest entry in the long-running fighting game series, The King of Fighters XV, joins the monthly games. This title brings an “epic dream match” concept to life, retaining the series’ traditional three-on-three team battle system. It features a substantial roster of 39 characters, blending classic fan-favorites, returning combatants, and new fighters. The game introduces a new combat system and utilizes rollback netcode for smoother online matches, offering a variety of options to suit different playstyles. As a special bonus for PlayStation Plus members, the launch includes the “Classic Leona” DLC costume, allowing players to switch Leona’s look to her iconic KoF ’96 appearance.
Jusant | PS5
Developed by Don’t Nod, Jusant offers a different pace as a unique action-puzzle climbing game. Described as a meditative journey, the game challenges players to ascend a towering structure at their own pace. Explore diverse paths and uncover the secrets of a bygone civilization embedded within the tower. Gameplay focuses on mastering various climbing tools and managing your stamina meter as you navigate the mysterious and ever-changing environment. Discovering alternative paths can reveal crucial clues about the world’s history.
Celebrating 15 Years of PlayStation Plus
July 2025 doesn’t just bring great games; it also marks the 15th anniversary of PlayStation Plus, which first launched on June 29, 2010. Sony Interactive Entertainment’s VP, Global Services, Global Sales and Business Operations, Nick Maguire, expressed gratitude to fans for their support over the years, stating, “From all of us at Sony Interactive Entertainment, we want to send out a huge thank you to all our fans for your support throughout these years.”
Maguire highlighted PlayStation Plus’s focus over the last 15 years on providing access to quality game experiences, alongside benefits like exclusive PlayStation Store discounts, online multiplayer, and Cloud Game Streaming. Since the introduction of the Monthly Games benefit, over 500 monthly titles have been offered. The service also expanded three years ago with the reintroduction of the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog for Extra and Premium/Deluxe members, featuring popular titles like Ghost of Tsushima, God of War Ragnarök, Grand Theft Auto V, Hogwarts Legacy, Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales, and The Last of Us Part I among recent top-played games.

Game Trials for Premium Members: PlayStation Plus Premium members can currently access game trials for WWE 2K25 (available now) and Monster Hunter Wilds (starting June 30).
Free Online Multiplayer Weekend: Experience online multiplayer in your favorite games without needing a PS Plus membership from June 28 (12:01 a.m. local time) to June 29 (11:59 p.m. local time).
PlayStation Store Exclusive Offer Weekend: From June 27 to 29, PS Plus members can enjoy exclusive savings on select titles including Sniper Elite: Resistance, Sid Meier’s Civilization VII, and Star Wars Outlaws.
VALORANT PlayStation Plus Pack: All PS Plus members can claim a free cosmetic pack for VALORANT, including Gun Buddies, a Player Card, Sprays, and Radianite Points.
PlayStation Tournaments 15th Anniversary Cup: Starting June 28, compete in popular games like EA Sports FC, NBA 2K, UFC, Madden NFL, College Football, and Tekken 8 for prizes such as in-game currency, an exclusive PSN avatar, and Sony Pictures Core Movie Credits.
Sony Pictures Core Discount: PS Plus Premium members get a 15% discount on up to 2,000 movies in the Sony Pictures Core library until August 12.
